Hello all Volunteers!
It's time for our annual Harry Potter event to be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016. We need some help in order to pull off the event and to make the magic happen!
We need a number of prefects to help out with classes and some other areas - keeping our attendees engaged. Some of the things you'll be doing? Assisting in Astronomy, Muggle Studies, Ancient Runes and the Great Hall Common Room. You'll interact with visitors in the Vexing Vestibule and perhaps demonstrate our interactive marauders map! We also need some help setting up in the morning and doing some fun deatheater activities. Perhaps you will wish to help out in Diagon Alley or with the Triwizard Tournament.
There will be a number of days in which you can volunteer. From doing behind the scenes work, painting, decorating,writing scripts, or becoming an actual Harry Potter character - we have the opportunity for YOU!
We have need for the following events:

If you are interested, please respond as soon as you can! Costumes are definitely required if you play a character and we can help you out with some of it.
