The Volunteer Chore Program serves adults with disabilities, the majority of whom are seniors, needing assistance to stay living independently in their own homes. We are looking for an outgoing individual to help with community outreach. This position would involve driving, making phone calls from our office and dropping off fliers and handouts at businesses, Churches and community centers throughout Whatcom County. If you enjoy meeting new people, learning more about your community and spreading the word about a program that helps some of the most vulnerable in our community, then we want YOU!
We are looking for a commitment of 6 hours per month. Hours are flexible, they can happen any time during the work week.
