Hosted by New England Grass Roots Enviornment Fund. As part of the annual New Hampshire Volunteer Phytoplankton Monitoring Program, which have been active since 1999, are recruiting and training volunteers. They help monitor coastal phytoplankton populations in order to provide early warning to the presence of toxic species which when transferred up the food chain could endanger public health.
