Qualifications:
- Reliable
- Knowledge of , basic office skills i.e. typing, copying, making phone calls, labeling envelopes and newsletters, etc.
Volunteer Job Duties:
- Typing reports and other documents
- Filing paperwork
- Answering telephone
- Making telephone to collect data from clients
- Copying
- Assist with preparing newsletters for mailing
- Data entry
- Various office tasks and assignments as delegated by WB staff.

Our staff provides research - based education and other services through workshops and trainings as well as customized services based on community needs and interests. Our program are free or low-cost. Cooperative Extension serves Durham County through several program areas: 4-H Youth Development; Family and Consumer Sciences; Agriculture/Consumer Horticulture; Kids Voting Durham; Welcome Baby Family Resource Center; Community Transportation/ Durham County ACCESS and Community Outreach.
