There is an exciting volunteer opportunity this summer that allows you the chance to make a tangible difference in our community. It is the Summer Food Service Program meal.

What is the Summer Meal Program?

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) ensures that low-income children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. Meals are served by organizations like the Salvation Army and the Great Plains Food Bank in several low-income neighborhoods throughout Fargo-Moorhead.

We need volunteers to come and assist in serving the food, cleaning up, and visiting with those who come to eat.

More info below but please contact us at, RSVP+ND, we are partnering with the site to assist with volunteers. This is super exciting and would be a great way to impact the community. If you can do every day, 1 or 2 or 3 days a week that is great. If you can do a couple of times this summer that is also great. We are looking forward to working with you. Please call us at 701-231-9753

The Summer Food Service Program begins June 8 th and runs through August 14 th.
