PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The American Red Cross Chestnut Ridge Chapter seeks an organized, enthusiastic intern to assist chapter staff with daily tasks necessary for the successful operation of programs and services. The individual must be self-motivated and available to help with all aspects of the organization with a focus on volunteer engagement/recruitment and special events.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum 12 hours per week
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- Disaster Services: An Overview
- Volunteer Connection Training
- On the job training with supervisor
