State Fall Classic will take place on Friday, October 16, 2015- Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Pelican Park in Carencro, LA. The three-day event will kick-off with opening ceremonies followed by athletes with intellectual disabilities competing Aquatics, Horseshoes and Softball. In addition, athletes and volunteers can visit Olympics Town to play games, listen to music, and have fun. Volunteers are encouraged to come out and support our athletes within the community by assisting with different tasks such as registration, handing out awards, measuring and timing of events, assisting athletes to thier needed locations, cheerleading, and much more. Times will vary based on the sporting event you choose. Join us for the entire event or part of it!
- Opening Ceremonies will be held at Pelican Park
- Aquatics will be held at the Robicheaux Center
- Horseshoes and Softball will be held at Pelican Park

Special Olympics is the world's largest public health organization serving people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Louisiana offers over 100 sporting events and training camps to accommodate the wide range of athletic interests demonstrated by its athletes. Athletes are divided to compete against others of similar gender, age, and ability. Special Olympics Louisiana does not charge a fee to athletes (or their families) to train or compete.
