Pints for Prostates at America On Tap Saratoga Springs June 13

America On Tap’s Saratoga Brewfest is back bigger and better this year at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds, and takes place on Saturday, June 13th from 2PM to 5PM (VIP Hoppy Hour Starts at 1PM). The three hour premium event will showcase over 200 releases from some of America’s best craft breweries. Attendees will receive an unlimited sampling of beers, in an atmosphere filled with live music, delicious food available for purchase, and great vendors.

Pints for Prostates is looking for motivated volunteers. Volunteers would work a booth at various beer festivals and brewery events across the U.S. Duties would include: selling raffle tickets and merchandise (shirts, hats, growler covers etc.), handing out information on prostate cancer and PSA testing and talking to festival attendees about Pints for Prostates mission.

Pints for Prostates reaches men through the universal language of beer to encourage them to take charge of their health.

The group was founded by prostate cancer survivor and beer writer Rick Lyke in 2008. The grassroots effort raises awareness among men about the importance of regular men’s health screenings by making appearances at beer festivals, social networking and pro bono advertising.
