Complete Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in social work to volunteer/intern for our growing team!
Complete Hospice and Palliative Care is one of the fastest growing hospice care providers in the valley and our mission is to provide our patient's with the best, most complete care that is supportive, unbiased, and tailored specifically for each person.
As a social worker volunteer/intern you will assist the Medica Social Worker in the case management of our patients and work collaboratively with our interndisciplinary team to provide each patient with the highest level of care. We are looking for compassionate, ambitious, and detail-oriented interns with a passion for serving the senior community.

The Complete Hospice Care interdisciplinary staff is focused on efforts to ensure patients and their families receive the education, assistance and guidance necessary for them to contribute to and lead their individualized, personal plan of care.
Description
