Art League Rhode Island is looking for writers and editors to work with our communications team to create press releases and copy for various projects. As a writer, you would also work on text for our website, newsletters and other print and digital media. Sending us a writing sample is highly encouraged. Tasks for the position may include: - Communicating promptly and consistently via email - Writing and proofreading skills.

Description
Based on a vision of moving art out of the gallery and into the community the organization provides workshops, lectures, seminars, and community outreach activities, in addition to its annual exhibition of its professional artist members.
