This opportunity offers a caring female to collaborate with Volunteers of America to empower vulnerable populations to heal and recover strength to rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.
This is an opportunity for a caring female to engage and empower women through the use of yoga techniques to help them begin the healing process within.
The volunteer will teach a beginner class in yoga instruction, including breathing techniques, r estorative poses, g entle postures and relaxation exercises
