Calling all Veterans!

Looking for Veterans to visit with Veterans receiving hospice care. With the 'We Honor Veterans’ Program Veteran Volunteers visit with patients in their homes or in nursing homes to build that Veteran Bond! Volunteers can reminisce about their time of service, spend time listening and talking, and honoring our Veterans at the end of life.

Full hospice training is provided.
