There are three major programs within our organization. Pre-release, Post-Release and Children's Outreach. Pre-Release includes mentoring incarcerated men and women in Oklahoma through cognitive behavior training classes and one-on-one mentoring. Post-Release programs provide assistance with rent, basic needs, transportation, housng and medical resources. Children's Outreach includes Play Day, three times a year, when children of incarcerated mothers are taken to Eddie Warrior's Correctional Center for a fun-filled time with Mom or Grandma. Yearly OHPM does an Angel Tree for children of incarcerated parents, and throughout the year field trips and special "adventures" are planned for the children to increase positive influences in their lives, and cultivate education and socialization among them.
