Partners in School Innovation is a more than 20 year old education reform nonprofit working with teachers, principals, and district leaders in public school districts across the nation. Our goal is to eliminate the achievement gap for students of color, poor students and English Learners. Partners is committed to seeing our vision become reality: dynamic public schools where every student, regardless of background, can thrive. We do this by:

• leveraging a continuous improvement strategy to enact equity through deep reflection on rigorous data at all levels of the system (within classrooms, within schools, and district-wide),
• the sharing of best practices among peer professional groups, and
• emphasizing culturally responsive teaching and learning to ensure students from all backgrounds can access curricular content with meaning and rigor.

All of these activities sum to build the capacity of the dedicated educators already working to support our public schools, helping them develop their skills and providing a rich toolset they can use throughout their careers.

Nonprofit Advancement consists of all aspects of bringing in contributed income (grants, donations, major gifts) which is the primary driver of nonprofit growth. With increased contributed income, nonprofits can provide more and greater services to under-served populations, further advancing their missions.

Our Advancement department could use support with Graphic design. You would support our Marketing and Communications Director who administers all aspects of our external relations campaigns. Images and collateral will be used internally and externally. We have a host of projects available from one-off small design needs to more deeply supporting production of this year's Annual Report (distributed widely to 1,000s of supporters via print and email). We're looking forward to partnering with a graphic designer who shares our passion for advancing educational equity!
