Soccer coach for Summer Season at the Boys & Girls Club of Mar Vista Gardens

The Boys & Girls Club of Mar Vista Gardens is searching for volunteer soccer coaches for our summer season. Our club members are in need of positive role models to coach soccer and teach good sportsmanship. We have a variety of age ranges (5-15y/o), as well as girls and coed teams. Optional training for coaches is available.

Games are one hour long, once a week per team, and held on Friday evenings (starting at 6pm and ending at 9pm), and Saturdays (starting at 9am and ending at 3pm).

Practices will be held twice a week, with some flexibility on specific weekdays and times. Practices will be one hour in length, starting at 3pm and ending at 8pm.

Skills evaluation and team placement will be held on June 6. Specific times will depend on age range and are yet to be determined.

The final games of the season will be on August 7 & 8.

A trophy ceremony will be held on August 15.
