PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Greet and thank each donor for donating and provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to donors during a brief 10-15 minute recovery period and to detect any reaction the donor may experience following the procedure. Ensure there are plenty of refreshments available, and engage with blood donors to promote the importance of blood donation to save lives and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations.
