Provide adult guidance for the purpose of inspiring girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service in multi-cultural environment so they may become happy and resourceful citizens.

• Register as a member of Girl Scouts of USA ($10.00) - Enjoy working with girls - Willingness to complete training and updates related to the position and willingness to work with all people without regard to reace, color, ethnicity, sex, creed, national origin or socioeconomic status - Acceptance and adherence to Girl Scouts of Southeastern PA and Girl Scouts of the USA policies, standards and programs. - Willingness to accept recormmendations for troop size as determined by the Safety Wise booklet.
