OUT Miami is looking for a volunteer coordinator to help us recruit, train, and manage volunteers.
Our volunteers participate in OUT Miami programs, but we also connect them with other organizations in the LGBT community.
Therefore, this person should be knowledgable about the organizations within the LGBT community, or be willing to spend some time learning about them.

Our mission is to promote engaged philanthropic giving by the LGBT community, to build community through strengthening social, professional, and cultural connections between LGBT people, and to empower LGBT-serving organizations making a difference in Miami-Dade county.
Description
We are a 501c(3) not-for-profit charitable organization whose mission is to build an engaged, philanthropic LGBT community in the Greater Miami Area.
Together, we are:
MOBILIZING HUNDREDS OF VOLUNTEERS through our Team OUT Miami program, where LGBT people can volunteer with LGBT-serving organizations, participate in our OUT Miami Days of Service, or volunteer as a group in the Greater Miami area with charities addressing community issues such as homelessness, education, and youth.
