Young Women’s and Teen Young Ladies’ Conference is our free 2-fold signature program where hundreds are being served and strengthened. O.R.Y. Women join together to develop young lives through presentations, strategic connections and support, and activities. During the event we encourage, siritual enrichment, personal development, personal growth and personal responsibility. The multiple vendors participate to spotlight their missions, services, resources, and products that include health and wellness, education, prevention, ways to volunteer, awareness, and hope and healing information. Our program helps stabilize living situations and to stimulate economic-growth opportunities for low and moderate income young women and teen young ladies.

Mission Statement
To speak to the need for information, spiritual support, and development in the lives of young women and teens. To encourage personal responsibility and cultivate basic life skills. To provide mentoring for young lives through building bridges, creating opportunities, strategic connections, and collaborations; that promote improving education, health and wellness, personal growth, and financial empowerment. To enhance the quality of young lives, through our mature advocates who support self love, spiritual enrichment, and protection, of our young women and teen young ladies in communities today, tomorrow, and in the future.
Description
O.R.Y. Women: Older women Reaching back for the Younger women, is a 501c3 tax-exempt charitable Christian-based non-profit organization in COS. Since 2009 in Missouri where O.R.Y. Women was founded, we have expanded and grown from a yearly Youth Rally to what is called our signature an annual Young Women’s & Teen Young Ladies’ Conference. Since that first Youth Rally in 2009 we have added Mentorship Programs that support young women, teens, and their children, mentally, physically, and spiritually, from homeless shelters, domestic violence and sexual assault safe houses, prisons, halfway houses, and human trafficking victims, as well as plugging them into our service providers for help. Helping us is a win for those who have not been winning!!
