Volunteer at the first free licensed Pharmacy in the state of North Carolina! The Crisis Control Ministry Pharmacy has been around since 1987. Residents of Forsyth and Stokes Counties without health insurance who need prescription medications can utilize the pharmacy. Patients go through an initial interview process to verify the need.
Volunteer pharmacists are needed to fill patient prescriptions and provide medication counseling. Volunteer pharmacists must be able to pass a background check, have COVID-19 vaccinations, and provide their state pharmacist license.
To volunteer, reach out to Abbey McCall, Director of Community & Volunteer Relations via email at amccall@crisiscontrol.org or call her at 336-770-1621.
