Volunteers needed for Special Olympics Washington's annual Breakfast with Champions fundraiser.
5:30am-9:30am - Volunteers will help with set-up at the Westin (registration, greeting guests, placing programs at seats, etc). Volunteers may then enjoy breakfast and the program. Following the conclusion of the program at 9:00am, they will help break down the event.
9:00am-noon - Volunteers will help break down at the conclusion of the breakfast and help with accounting at the SOWA office (just two blocks from the Westin). LUNCH PROVIDED.

Description
Special Olympics Washington provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with mental retardation or a closely related developmental disability, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
