The Department of Recreation and Parks is redesigning the park system as a place where children, families, and residents of all ages of the community can engage in natural play which uses the environment to provide recreation. In order to bring
park awareness" to the residents, the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board has approved several avenues that will help "brand" Park Forest as a community of parks that will give opportunities for free play in nature. Our slogan is
"Discover Parks and Rediscover Play". The purpose of our opportunity is to have a logo that will illustrate this concept.
