ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
The essential function of this position is to assist the store manager with listing items on Ebay.
The Rivertown Treasures Ebay Assistant interacts with staff, donors, volunteers, and clients with strict confidentiality, professionalism, and respect.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold the mission and values of Hastings Family Service.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Treat all customers, clients, volunteers, donors, and staff with respect and kindness.
- Photograph items to be listed on Ebay.
- List items on Ebay with photos.
- Prepare items for shipping and label package contents.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure Ebay listings are current.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work closely with and take direction from the Store Manager
- Strong computer skills
- Experience using a digital camera and uploading photos to a PC.
- Experience selling items on Ebay is preferred.
