Volunteer Greeter opportunities are available at our Murrysville and Greensburg Communities. Volunteer Greeters work in the front office at each community, operating the telephone system to answer and forward incoming calls, directing visitors and residents as first point of contact.
Duties include greeting residents, families and on-site visitors to the building, determining the nature of business; providing information and direction and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Provide access to the building through security door codes. Receive packages and deliveries. Volunteers will also answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of call and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Training for the position will be offered.
