Come help us at our Community Yard Sale July 25, 2015 at HOPE Resources Parking Lot, Pittsburg California. Yard sale to support Community Health & Wellness endeavors for Holistic Outreach Programs & Education Resources.

We’ll need help planning, marketing, setting up, waiting on customers, organizing sale items, distributing literature, selling at our own booth, and traffic guidance all day. Set up starts 5:00 am. Clean up is over about 2:00 pm. Event runs 7:00am to 1:00pm.

Opportunities for annual Community Yard Sale (event is 7/25/2015):

1) Coordinators to assist in planning overall sale, brainstorming marketing, etc.

• Planning meeting will begin Thursday, April 30 th via conference call (2x’s per month)

2) Sort and price donated items and advertise our event the week prior and the day before the event.

• Friday 7/24, need 6 volunteers from 10am to 1pm to sort and price

3) Help with sales, the day of the event.

• Sat. 7/25, need 4 volunteers from 5:00am - 8:00am
• Sat. 7/25, need 8 volunteers from 9am- Noon
• Sat. 7/25, need 6 volunteers from 11:00am- 1:00pm
• Sat. 7/25, need 2 volunteer from 10:00 am to Noon to pass out flyers in downtown Pittsburg Farmers Market advertising our event.
