Host Family Recruiter - Earn $400 Per Host Family Found and Placed with a Student

(Contract Position)

Earn $400 for each host family you find who is placed with a student!

iE-USA is a non-profit high school student exchange organization designated by the U.S. Department of State. We offer personalized and hands-on care of each participating host family and student, with most students from Europe.

Job Duties include:

  • Promote student exchange in the community
  • Call, email, and/or visit community organizations and clubs
  • Identify potential host families and report to Regional Director

iE provides:

  • Marketing materials and support
  • Payment of $400 for each new host family recruited with completion of placement by Local Coordinator

Candidates should:

  • Be outgoing
  • Be self-motivated
  • Enjoy networking

We pride ourselves on providing individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET).
