If you are looking for a great extern, intern or volunteer hours in the heath management field this is the place. We have 200 plus patients, 40 plus members of staff which include: MD = medical doctor(s), PM = patient manager(s), SW = social worker(s), CM = case manager(s), HA = CAN(s), PCS = patient care secretary, PM = patient manager(s), MVS = manager of volunteer services.
What we do in this office is: ICD9 coding, coding, auditing charts, medical records, pre billing audits, singing and dating appropriation, medical records, diagnoses coding, order frequency, pre bill audits.

Hospice is a comprehensive program of medical care designed to address the physical , emotional and spiritual needs of patients with life-limiting illnesses and to provide support services for their family members. This care is provided by skilled, compassionate health care professionals and trained volunteers in the comfort of patient's homes, as well as nursing homes and special in-patient facilities. One of the primary objectives of hospice care is to help patients and family members be as comfortable as possible so they can truly live all the days of their lives.
