We here at the Hassle are doing what we can to promote interesting film screenings, local filmmakers, and really everything we can find about those newfangled talkies you've surely heard about. But in order to take the next step in our coverage of Boston and New England's film world we need someone, just like you--nay, maybe it IS you we need?!--to help lead and organize our cinematic content. This is an opportunity to do the following:
--Curate (y)our film content and listings
--Work with our team of film writers, who publish regularly on the Boston Hassle website and monthly in the Boston Compass newspaper
--Plan Boston Hassle film screenings and other film-related events
--Create a dynamic, entertaining, and thoughtful portal for the broad spectrum of world cinema, all while contextualizing Boston and New England's film community as part of this world of moving images
--Help our dynamic non-profit music and art organization grow into a full-blown music, art, and film organization!
Are you in school? Looking for a summer internshiip? This could be it! We offer intenships for school credit.
And did you know that they have movies in color now? Wow!
