ORGANIZATION: New Jersey Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics

The New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated volunteer to serve as an administrative assistant. The volunteer will be responsible for the following:

-Assist staff with program related activities (data entry, preparing materials for trainings, etc.)

-Assist staff with preparation for NJAAP events (ex: NJAAP School Health Conference, Vaccines for Children Conference, Children's Ball, NJAAP Annual Meeting)

-Assist staff with collating materials, preparing mailings, and other general office duties

-Answer multi-line phone system and take messages for staff

-Greet guests and answer questions about agency

-Perform other related duties as required/delegated through the Volunteer Coordinator
