Robie House guided tour
Trust volunteer, Richton Thomas

Tour Facilitator Assist guides, guests and staff with tour management at the Home and Studio. This is a non-speaking role. Well suited as a entry level opportunity for those interested in learning to give tours but unsure of the public speaking aspect of the guide role.

Tour faciliators shifts are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 10-4pm.

The mission of the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust is to engage, educate and inspire the public through interpretation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s design legacy and preservation of his original sites for future generations.

Description

Volunteers present our world-class museums and their historic neighborhoods to an international audience and help with special events and education programs. By donating at least four hours per month to the Trust's programs, volunteers share their knowledge and appreciation for architecture, design and the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our training program equips you to serve in a variety of volunteer positions. Continuing education opportunities engage volunteers and deepen their knowledge of history, art and architecture.
