First annual Homeless Veterans Stand Down for DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will Counties will be held at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton on Thursday August 20 and Friday August 21st. Volunteers are needed on Wednesday August 19th for set up, Thursday August 20th for the Event Day, and Friday August 21st for the Event Day and take down of the Event. Volunteer duties include food service, donation distribution, unloading, clean up, line management, and floor guide.
