Opportunity Description
This intern will play an integral role at Evacuteer, working alongside the Executive Director to work purposefully and efficiently by providing critical and strategic support. The Executive Director depends on you to maximize his efforts in efficiently running Evacuteer’s standing programs and special projects, and ensure that those efforts are appropriately reflected in his use of time each day.


What will be some of the initial responsibilities?

Provide project assistance and administrative support to the Executive Director, including maintaining an efficient and complicated calendar, coordinating senior-level meetings and conference calls, (occasionally) arranging travel, managing correspondence, conducting industry research, and processing expenses and reimbursements.
