At Peace Hospice we are a team of competent, compassionate professionals, and volunteers committed to providing quality hospice services. We would be delighted for you to become part of our team. You will find volunteering with Peace Hospice to be a rewarding experience as you give up your time to help meet the needs of others.
All of us can make a difference for others by performing small acts of kindness. Often, people don’t realize the positive effect that a gentle touch or a kind word can have. Peace Hospice Volunteers can make a huge difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families.
Volunteers can do many things depending on what Peace Hospice, the patients or families need. Volunteers can provide indirect care (such as administrative assistance) or direct care (with patients and families)
Ways to Volunteer: Patient/Family Companionship, G eneral Office Support, Meal Preparation, Light Housekeeping, Yard Work, Personal Shopper, Group Projects, Teen Volunteers, Veterans Support

While preserving your dignity and independence, we at Peace care for each patient and family by providing an individualized plan of care; complete with the necessary support services to meet each need. We are committed to your total care.
We are Peace. Our aim is to be the team who provides end-of-life care while preserving your dignity and enhancing your quality of life. Our team is trained to support you and the care that is delivered. We will provide help with the practical matters of daily living, both for you and your family. We will be available to listen to and discuss your concerns, your hopes and expectations for your loved ones; to the extent that you desire. By so doing, we hope to contribute to your inner peace and that of your family. We respect your privacy, and the sanctity of your inner-self and will not intrude upon it.
