Description
Care Hospice Services provides Hospice, or end of life care, to eligible patients. We offer nursing, social work, chaplain, home health aide, bereavement services and volunteers to help each patient and family manage their illness and care at home. Care Hospice Services focuses on each patient's quality of life and allowing then to live life to the fullest. We serve patients living in the following counties: Marion, Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Morgan, Putnam and Shelby.
