Are you a bagpiper interested in donating your beautiful music for a great cause?
The American Cancer Society plans an annual community event in Golden/Lakewood/Wheatridge each year. This year, we have been encouraged to have a bagpiper participate in our ceremony on Friday, June 19th around 9-10PM. The ceremony commemorates and celebrates those affected by cancer and we believe bagpipe music would be especially inspirational and powerful.
Our event is called Relay For Life and it's a non-competitive, community based event where we celebrate survivorship from cancer, remember those that are passed with a luminaria ceremony and have lots and LOTS of fun together. We would love to experience your music at our luminaria ceremony this year!
