You will be working with the patrons directly upon arriving at the food pantry. You will need to ensure each patron signs in and makes their future appointment if needed. The scheduler is in charge of arranging and providing a comfortable space for the patrons to wait to be called. Verification of current addresses and contact information is needed for each patron. The scheduler must also be able to run the computer program and be willing to learn the scheduling process.

Our patrons have scheduled appointment times, but don’t always show up on time or at the right time. You have to be able to adjust the schedule accordingly, as well as be willing to help in the store during downtime.

We distribute food on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 9 am to 11:30 am. We need 1 Scheduler per shift, this position requires 1:1 training for multiple shifts before scheduling on your own.
