It’s all about Laissez Les Bon Temps Bowlé!!
Who: Celebrities + YOU and your CREW!
What: You and your 3 closest buds, co-workers, or family members get the chance to bowl with local celebrities and show them who the true champion really is!
When: Sunday, June 14th, 2015
Where: Colonial Bowling Lanes, 6601 Jefferson Highway, Harahan, LA 70123
Why: To help change the lives of thousands of children and adults with intellectual disabilities in Special Olympics Louisiana.
Plus: Raffle and auction items signed by local celebrities! Tons of great prizes provided by local businesses and a day packed with great food, music and company!

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Special Olympics is an international organization that changes lives by promoting understanding, acceptance, and inclusion between people with and without intellectual disabilities.
Special Olympics is the world's largest public health organization serving people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Louisiana offers over 100 sporting events and training camps to accommodate the wide range of athletic interests demonstrated by its athletes. Athletes are divided to compete against others of similar gender, age, and ability. Special Olympics Louisiana does not charge a fee to athletes (or their families) to train or compete.
