Join the Savannah Tree Foundation, Congregations in Service, and community volunteers by celebrating National Arbor Day giving Mother Mathilda Beasley Park some TLC!
Actvities will include spreading mulch, weeding, and pruning back some overgrowth from the wetland areas. This is a family friendly event!
Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and sleeves and bring your own gloves and clippers if you have them! Community Service Credit is available.

The Savannah Tree Foundation is a 28 year old not-for-profit urban and community forestry organization dedicated to preserving, protecting and planting canopy trees in Savannah and Chatham County, Georgia.
We rely on the generous philanthropy of our members and the gift of time from our volunteers to meet our mission & goals.
