Volunteers will do some general repairs/maintaince around our 30,000 sq ft building. Some potential projects could include painting, hanging pictures, fixing doors, assembling new equipment, etc. must have a great attitude and love to put things together. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Description
We are dedicated to relieving hunger in metro Detroit and preventing nutritious food waste. Provide food for emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless and domestic shelters, children’s homes, senior centers and group homes.
Forgotten Harvest collects surplus, prepared and perishable food from a variety of sources such as grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, dairies, farmers, wholesale food distributors, and other Health Department-approved sources.
