- Provide intake, referral and advocacy work on behalf of participants with immediate or short term needs
- Providing comprehensive case management to 100 participants per year
- Work directly with each participant assisting them to identify their own needs and strengths and to set and reach their own goals
- Advocate as a member of SKI
- Work with the SKI to promote interagency programs
- Teach and model skills and strategies for accessing services, goal setting, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication, parenting tools, self advocacy skills and other areas relevant to family’s well-being
- Attend ARD meetings, appointments and hearings with participants as needed
- Bilinguel preferred, but not required

Description
We promote and cultivate the ultimate long-term success of our families through empowerment to advocacy, which is the driving force in our organization. All of our services are provided free of charge to infants, toddlers, youth, young adults with all disabilities from birth to age 26.
