AIRS (Arthritis Information & Referrals) Call Sheets serve as a way to process callers’ inquiries and systematically get the caller the information they need.
The volunteer will have the Arthritis Foundation Call Record in front of them while speaking with the caller, and can gradually prompt the caller to discover what information would be best for them. Once the Airs Call Sheet has been completely filled out with caller information, the volunteer should continue the process by collecting the appropriate literature and sending it to the caller, along with any other pertinent documentation such as the Consumer FAQ.
