Our Family Shelter is looking for a person or group of people who would like to volunteer their yoga or zumba talents and help develop a Yoga or Zumba class for the teens 13+. Someone who is passionate about what they do and passionate about engaging teens. We want to create an environment in which teens can feel good about themselves, have fun and be empowered.
We are open and flexible to dates and times.

Description
Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) was formed in 1984 in response to the need for an agency to operate an emergency shelter for the homeless in Central Arizona. It is the largest shelter and service center for homeless people in Arizona, serving men, women and families with children.
CASS currently serves over 400 homeless individuals downtown and 34 families with children at Vista Colina, a family shelter in North Phoenix. CASS serves up to 1,000 individuals each night and provides clients with hygiene supplies, shower and laundry facilities, and emergency clothing.
