The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's(r) is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and 15 locations in our region and we could not do it without our dedicated volunteers. Raise awareness and bring your passion for the cause on Walk day and join the fight to end Alzheimer's.


We NEED VOLUNTEERS to assist with: set-up, walk route support, registration, flower garden, t-shirts, programs, logistics!

Serving 100 counties in North Carolina, the Alzheimer’s Association - North Carolina is here to help. We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. We are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
