CARE Ministry hours of operation are: Mon to Sat, 9:45am to 2pm.
The Care Ministry Receptionist is an essential part of our mission to serve the community. We are looking for volunteers with a positive, pleasant personality and a desire to assist others. Duties include:
- Answer phone calls
- Suggest appropriate community resources to callers
- Maintain filing system - pull client files, organize files, copy documents when needed
- Coordinate and set appointments
- Sign in clients
- Assign clients to Interviewers
- Interact with clients
- Label and prepare files for new clients
- Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Vietnamese language skills a plus, but not required
Assist with data entry if needed
