Do you want to help newly arriving refugees from all over the world?
Help us set up their first home in the United States!
Catholic Charities Atlanta resettles about 280 refugees each year. These people have fled violence and persecution and lived years in refugee camps. Help us move furniture from our storage unit to apartments to create a comfortable and welcoming living space as they start new lives in the United States.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds and follow basic safety instructions.
Please bring a sack lunch, as lunch will not be provided, but encourage you to break as needed to eat. Thank you.
