Stream Cleanup

Join the Upper Merion Environmental Advisory Council and the partners of Schuylkill Action Networkto clean up King of Prussia’s streams on Saturday, May 2, 2015, from 10am to 12pm, with a pizza party to follow. Everyone ages 12 and up can volunteer. Register at http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/36561638083. All supplies will be provided by Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc., and through the Great American Cleanup of PA, sponsored by Keep PA Beautiful.

Description

The Watershed Specialist at the Montgomery County Conservation District works to improve and protect the quality of our fresh water resources through restoration work and environmental education. Volunteers are often needed for planting workdays, stream cleanups, invasive plant removal, and for environmental education events.
