Thank you so much for considering our amazing event!! This is our signature walk in the Atlanta area with over 2,000 people, corporations and family teams. We CANNOT do this without volunteers! We have a fantastic team for you to work with alongside family members and those effected by arthritis. We need people who work well with a team, are outgoing and are fun (...and hardworking)!
We begin set up Friday afternoon and then start again Saturday morning through the day until around 2pm Saturday. It's fun, it goes by fast, and the walkers and families love it! You'll have a great time, meet some of the most genuine, fun loving people and do it all for a great cause!

Mission Statement
Striking one in every five adults and 300,000 children, arthritis is the nation’s leading cause of disability. The Arthritis Foundation (arthritis.org) is committed to raising awareness and reducing the unacceptable impact of this serious and painful disease, which can severely damage joints and rob people of living life to the fullest. The Foundation funds life-changing research that has restored mobility in patients for more than six decades; fights for health care policies that improve the lives of the millions who live with arthritis; and partners with families to provide empowering programs and information.
Description
The Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. Every step counts, every dollar matters.
