One of the best ways to support learning and development is to provide immediate supportive feedback about a learner's latest efforts. We want to launch a new subscription service called LecticaLive that will allow anyone to track his or her own learning and development in real time, providing instant useful feedback and learning suggestions. The service will be offered free to teachers and their students. To launch our campaign, we need a videographer who can help us create a compelling message.

Lectical's assessments are learning tools. They function as one component of virtuous cycles of learning--cycles of information gathering, application, and reflection. The virtuous cycle supports deep learning by ensuring that new information is optimally integrated into our neural networks where it becomes the foundation for the next learning cycle.
