ORGANIZATION: Crohns & Colitis Foundation Michigan Chapter

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is seeing face painters who can volunteer their time and talents on Sat. June 20th at Meininger Park in Royal Oak. The event is from 9AM-12:30PM

Please email Jeanne at Jeanne444141@yahoo.com if interested. This would be a tax deductible donation for any business and we'd provide a letter stating your support. Also, if you need volunteer service hours, this is another thing we can provide.

Our Mission To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

Description

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is the leading nonprofit organization aimed at improving the life of and finding a cure for the 1.6 million American adults and children living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, chronic and often debilitating digestive diseases. The Foundation maintains a presence across the United States, with chapters in every state offering support groups, educational programs, and fundraising events. On a national level, the Foundation hosts a variety of educational programs throughout the year for patients and professionals, including educational teleconferences/webcasts and its annual Advances in IBD professional conference. Its Information Resource Center, staffed by master's level healthcare professionals, provides information and support to the Crohn's and colitis community.
