Position Overview

The Home Visitor will partner with another Family Selection Committee Member to carry out the affiliate board approved selection process.

Responsibilities

The Home Interview Team Member will assess the applicant family’s eligibility for the home ownership program by making a confidential home visit which is executed with the utmost respect for the family.

The Home Interview Team Member will obtain information regarding the family’s need for affordable housing and the level of their willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity.

Description

Habitat for Humanity of Seattle-King County works to eliminate substandard housing through constructing, renovating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.
